- Responsible for the accounting and reporting of capital assets and the
related activity during the asset’s life cycle as well as major construction
and renovation. A Capital asset is defined as any item costing
over $3,000 with an estimated useful life greater than one
year.
- Monitor and analyze all SOM debt by issue.
- Calculate and record depreciation expense, tag capital items over $15,000,
asset funding and related asset transfers.
