NYU Urology Honored As Research Center of Excellence

The newly created Center of Excellence in Urologic Disease—one of only six units at NYU Langone Medical Center to receive this designation—will build on the work of the NYU Urology Collaborative Research Group, focusing on uncovering the underlying causes of urologic disease, and translating discoveries in the laboratory to bedside treatment strategies.

Post-Prostatectomy Sexual Rehab Program Launched

The physicians of the Male Sexual Health Division of NYU Urology Associates have recently developed a post-prostatectomy penile rehabilitation protocol to assist men in returning to sexual activity after surgery for prostate cancer.
