The Department of Emergency Medicine at NYU School of Medicine has several research elective programs available to undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students interested in pursuing a career in healthcare. The goals of these programs are to expose students to clinical patient care and public health issues, and to provide an opportunity to understand basic clinical research strategies.
