The
web interface for Animal Orders enables you to create, edit,
submit, delete and view animal order requests from any computer
with an approved browser and internet connection. This
will save you time and eliminate paper from the animal ordering
process.

Information
Before Starting Web Animal Orders (WAO)
- Requestors
must secure a logon by sending the application form requesting
access to WAO. Please click here to download the form to sign
up for ordering.
- The
animal order requestor must be listed as an associate on
the protocol on which animals are going to be ordered. If you
are
not listed as an associate on the protocol, you must submit
a memo from your PI to the IACUC Office (MSB 182).
The memo
must
include
the number and title
of the protocol to which the associate is to be added, and
must detail the associate's training/experience.
- Associates
must have completed DLAR orientation and training program
and should contact dlar@med.nyu.edu for more information on
training if you haven't been trained.
- DLAR
will contact you via e-mail with further information on your
logon name, temporary password and ordering instructions.
