Dean's Council on Institutional Diversity

The Dean's Council on Institutional Diversity consists of 5 groups with a total of over 50 members, each group focusing on assessing and recommending diversity strategies in a specific functional area of the medical center. The groups work on advancing diversity in the leadership, faculty, staff, students, postdoctoral fellows, and residents at the school and the hospitals center and on improving patient care and community outreach. The Council is co-chaired by the Assistant Dean for Diversity Affairs and Community Health.
