allowing them to access this information. Authorized company

quick access to our hospital's physicians.
Final Summary Reports-Screening Programs
We also help our corporate clients
illustrate the efficacy of our screening programs by providing them
with measurable data through our Final Summary Report (FSR). All
reports are confidential. The reports provide statistical data about
the number of employees who participated in CCW programs and the
type of outcomes that occurred in your employee population. All
reports are confidential and contain no identifiable personal health
information. These reports become important business tools, not
only because they provide data that demonstrates a return on investment,
but also can be used as a basis for future programming.
