Full yoga experience specifically designed for people at work
- Series of
eight, 50-minute classes offered once or twice a week
- Classes may be
offered morning, afternoon, or after work
- Focus on yoga postures and
movement, relaxation and guide visualizations, and exercises employees
can perform at their desks
- Employees must wear loose clothing appropriate
for exercising
- Room with sufficient space to allow employees to lie down
on carpeting or an exercise mat is required
- Individuals of all ages and
physical abilities are welcome
