Clinical Responsibilities
Dr Bekker is a broadly trained anesthesiologist with a special interest and expertise in Neuroanesthesia. He is recognized by both surgeons and anesthesia colleagues for his superb clinical care. Dr. Bekker has been requested to provide anesthesia for the most complex and challenging neurosurgical procedures. He is a nationally recognized expert on total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA), on anesthetic management of patients requiring intraoperative awakening, as well as patients undergoing epilepsy surgery.
