Clinical Responsibilities
Dr. LaJoie is Assistant Professor of Neurology and Pediatrics at New York University School of Medicine. She completed her training in Pediatrics at The New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center and completed her training in Pediatric Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology at The Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. She practices general pediatric neurology and specializes in pediatric epilepsy. She is the published author of several journal articles and book chapters on pediatric epilepsy. She was recently appointed Director of The Tuberous Sclerosis Center here at NYU and serves on the Physicians Advisory Board of the Epilepsy Foundation of New York City. Her research interests include Epilepsy Surgery and Alternative treatments in Epilepsy.
