Scheduling Instructions
Bernard and Irene Schwartz Center for Biomedical Imaging
660 First Avenue, New York, NY 10016
Non-Human Subjects:
Web Based Scheduling Only
1. Registration of accounts is done by the system administrator Cathy Hu.
2. Minimum scheduling unit is 45 minutes. You can schedule larger contiguous blocks
of time. Please do not exceed three consecutive blocks.
3. Plan in contiguous
blocks of time, and avoid the creation of small
gaps.
4. Do not schedule magnet time less
than 24 hours in advance and no
more than 2 weeks in advance. If you have not scheduled
your fixed development time, you risk losing your fixed development
time. Any slot [regardless of whether or not it is fixed
development time] that is still open within the 24 hour
notice becomes available for anyone to book so it is suggested that
you schedule at least 48 hours in advance.
5. You must cancel your reserved time slots if
you are not going to use them.
6. Human subjects have scheduling priority over
Non-Human studies.
Human Subjects:
IDX Scheduling Only
1. All human subjects
must be scheduled by Kamalla Carroll through Syngo. Please use the CBI Scheduling form when scheduling
your research subjects.
2. Human subjects should arrive one
half hour prior to their scheduled scan time to
complete all the paper work.
Please check the schedule
before you come. Your time slot may have been canceled due to unforeseen
circumstances, or the system may be down for repair, and our attempts
to let you know may have failed. Also, check the scheduling website
every so often, since the policies may be adjusted in the future.
For questions related to the use of
the system, please call Kellyanne McGorty at (212) 263-4825 or at alternate extensions [4824] and [4815].
For questions related to the scheduling,
please call Kamalla Carroll (kamalla.carroll@nyumc.org) at (212) 263-6246.
Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
