Over 20 years ago, the Center for Brain Health faculty came together to conduct research on brain changes associated with normal aging, memory loss, the early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease, and the cognitive changes associated with diabetes. The Center is composed of three main laboratories: Neuroimaging, Physiology, and Neuropsychology.
Known world-wide for developing novel procedures for MRI and PET brain imaging, the Center for Brain Health is funded by the National Institute of Health.
