 The
nursing staff forms a cornerstone of daily treatment for the inpatients at the
rehabilitation center. The nursing staff works closely with the physicians,
physical therapists, psychologists and other departments to assure the best
patient experience.
Nursing conferences and rounds assure that every nurse at the rehabilitation
center knows all patients currently in the center. Nursing rounds are also
a key educational experience for the nursing staff, where senior nurses and
members of other departments can share their knowledge with the entire nursing
staff.
 The
nursing staff is responsible for carrying out the continous medical care of
the inpatients, including medications. The nursing staff works closely with
the physicians to make sure the current treatments are producing the optimum
result in each patient.
The nursing staff is consists of Nurse Practicioners, Senior and Staff Nurses,
Nurse Residents and Nurse Attendants. The nursing staff is carefully organized
to provide a team approach to patient care.
