Dr Voigt is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist - Head and Neck Surgeon. His expertiese includes Adult and Pediatric Otolaryngology. His clinical interests include thyroid and parathyroid surgery, congenital neck masses, thyroglossal duct cysts, branchial cleft cysts, Sinus surgery including state of the art image guidance surgery, tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, myringotomy and tubes, surgery for snoring and sleep apnea. Dr. Voigt's is a native new yorker. He is an alumnus of the Bronx High School of Science, St. John's University and graduated Magna cum Laude from SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, "Downstate Medical Center." He was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha (medical honor society). Dr Voigt's post graduate training includes two years of General Surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital, followed by three years of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Sugery training at the combined training program of Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital, New York Hospital - Cornell Medical Center, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and Lenox Hill Hospital. His was the first graduating Chief Resident of the Columbia University - Cornell University combined program in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. Dr Voigt's academic experience includes his progression from Clinical Assistant Professor of Otolarygology to Associate Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology at Weill Cornell Medical Center to his current position as Associate Professor of Clinical Otolaryngology at NYU Langone Medical Center.Insurance
