Dr. Tessler is ardently devoted to minimally invasive surgery to improve the overall quality of women's gynecological care. Robotic surgery offers opportunity for the surgeon to maximize the laparoscopic approach. The advantages are 30 times the magnification allowing greater visualization and 360 degree rotation of surgical instruments, providing precision & ease what would typically be a difficult task. The results are shorter surgical time, less pain, less blood loss and a quicker recovery.

Dr. Tessler earned her Medical degree at Wayne State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency program at Beth Israel Medical Center. She is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of ACOG and Member of the American College of Laparoscopic Gynecologists (AAGL).

For over 2 decades Dr. Tessler has been providing minimally invasive surgeries for her patients. Dr. Tessler has performed hundreds of minimally invasive surgical procedures that include Hysterectomies, removal of fibroids, treatment for pelvic pain and heavy bleeding, endometriosis and ovarian cysts and is currently using The Divinci Robotic Systems which is the latest in surgical and robotic technologies.

Focusing on women's overall gynecological care Dr. Tessler is highly respected for her extensive experience in the treatment of abnormal pap smears and the HPV effects, In Office Hystersocopy for the diagnosis and treatment of polyps, irregular bleeding and Hydrothermal ablation for treatment of heavy bleeding. Treatment for women in their peri-menopausal and menopausal years.
