Dr. Rosenberg received his medical degree from New York Medical College in Valhalla, and was elected to the college's Alpha Omega Alpha honor member society. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the NYU Langone Medical Center.

Dr. Rosenberg is a member of the American Gastroenterological Association, American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and American College of Physicians. He has published articles in scientific journals such as Gastroenterology, Gastrointestinal Endoscopy ,and Obesity Surgery.

Board certified in Gastroenterology, Dr. Rosenberg's patient practice is focused on a wide range of gastrointestinal issues, including celiac disease, colon cancer screening, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastrointestinal bleeding, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and the evaluation of the upper gastrointestinal tract before and after bariatric surgery. Dr. Rosenberg is a trained endoscopist, performing capsule endoscopy, colonoscopy, and upper endoscopy (EGD) procedures.
