Dr. Klein, Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, is a full time member of the Spine Surgery Service at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases. His practice of 16 years is exclusively devoted to adult cervical and lumbar spinal surgery. He is a graduate of Harvard University and the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. He then pursued orthopaedic surgical training at the Massachusetts General Hospital and the Brigham and Women?s Hospital of Harvard Medical School. He has won numerous international awards for research involving both the cervical and lumbar spine. He has been decorated for his work involved with minimizing postoperative infections and perioperative complications in spinal surgery. He is listed among American's top Doctors and Orthopaedic Surgeons as well among New York's Superdoctors.
