Clinical Responsibilities

Dr. Fenichel's primary interests include women's health, thyroid disease, thyroid nodules, endocrinology of pregnancy, diabetes, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. Dr. Fenichel was a Women's Health Scholar at the Center for Menopause, Hormonal Disorders and Womena's Health at Columbia University. Prior to that, she completed a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and three years of internal medicine residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. She is also a graduate of Yale University and the NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Fenichel has authored papers on reproductive hormones and metabolism, hypothalamic amenorrhea and osteoporosis.
