Dr. Capeci has comprehensive training in joint cartilage restoration and preservation, surgery of the meniscus and labrum, primary and complex ligament and tendon repair/reconstruction as well as fracture care. Dr. Capeci also has extensive experience in total shoulder replacement and treating complex shoulder pathology as well as adult hip and knee replacement. He treats individuals of all ages.

Dr. Capeci specializes in the orthopaedic care of sports-related injuries as well as arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, hip, knee and ankle. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Hospital for Joint Diseases (HJD) and a sports medicine fellowship at Lenox Hill Hospital.
