Specialty Externships For Adults

Bellevue Hospital Center has a dozen training opportunities for doctoral students in psychology seeking experience working with adults in the areas of psychotherapy, assessment, addiction psychology, health psychology, and crisis intervention. In addition, it has a General Externship program that offers training in adult and child psychotherapy along with specialized work in the extern’s areas of interest. All of these programs are designed to meet student practicum requirements and prepare students for Internship.
