Comprehensive Externships

"The Bellevue Psychology Externship Program is currently undergoing substantial structural changes. Please check back at the beginning of December, 2009 for updated information. Thank you."

The Comprehensive Child and Adolescent Psychology Externship is the broadest of the Child and Adolescent training programs for psychology doctoral students.  Externs in this yearlong program complete two rotations of six months each in a child psychiatry unit or service in the Hospital.  They also work one day a week in the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic, and carry a minimum of three outpatient psychotherapy cases.
