Bellevue Hospital Center has one General Externship Program, 11 specialty externship programs in adult psychology, a Comprehensive Child and Adolescent Psychology Externship Program, and two specialty programs in child and adolescent psychology. Each program provides training to psychology doctoral students in the treatment or assessment of moderately to severely ill patients.
