Reserve space through the Office of Academic Events/Alumni Relations utilizing the online booking system.

To book space, you will need to know:

• Anticipated number of attendees
• target audience
• Preferred date(s)
• Preferred time(s)
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for space
